Caron’s path to creating Enhanced Potential began with a bold leap of faith. A mother and career pivoter, she left behind a corporate job to pursue a portfolio career, eventually building a coaching practice that reflects her values and expertise. “I’ve walked the same road many women find themselves on—feeling stuck, craving more, and wondering how to navigate change,” Caron shares. “That experience fuels my passion for helping others find clarity and confidence in their careers.”
