She has had the privilege to lead large scale transformations and workforce changes for some of the world’s biggest brands and largest employers. She is deeply passionate about improving the world of work – shaping the workforce of the future and creating the conditions for organisations, teams and individuals to thrive.

Elise is proud to advocate for the status, opportunities and support for women and diverse backgrounds and perspectives in the workplace. She is the Melbourne sponsor for the Deloitte ‘Women in Consulting’ network and is the former Chair of the Australian Retailers Association’s ‘Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Committee’ supporting retail CEOs to create meaningful change across the sector.Elise started her career as an organisation psychologist and brings a behavioural science lens, creativity and data driven insights to help her clients transform work and the workforce.
